Staying Alert About Fatigue

Before you brush sleepy workers aside as a minor problem, consider that fatigue has been a contributing factor in nearly every headline-grabbing industrial accident from the Chernobyl nuclear plant to the Exxon Valdez oil spill. It's considered a major contributor to as many as two of every five commercial vehicle accidents.
