I did not call customer service, they called me to see if I was going to put the sign on the post I bought and told them yes. She said they would drill the holes for me. I have used ComplianceSigns a couple of times. The second time, my order showed up quickly but was not what I was looking for. I contacted them immediately and received a response within 10 minutes. The issue was resolved and they are sending out the correct item I was looking for. (May have been my fault??) I will definitely use them again in the future!!!

The sign delivered was exactly what was pictured and described on the website. It met the needs of our facility exactly. It was good that the sign had holes pre-drilled for screws. We did not rely on the adhesive strips to mount it securely onto painted drywall. It would be nice to have proper screws included. The price was good value.
